For this year’s Sips for Scholarships, we’re proud to remember Raymond J. Rocha and honor the Raymond J. Rocha Memorial Scholarship as we mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and celebrate Ray’s legacy and the lasting impact he made on the Melrose community throughout his life and on all who knew him.
