Stephen C. Limone Scholarship* | Preference to a student who exemplifies Steve's many attributes, most notable of which was his positive outlook on life. Throughout his life he went above and beyond to be all-inclusive with the many people he met from the time he was a young boy, through his school years, his law practice, coaching and volunteering. Steve contracted polio when he was 2 years old in 1953. While this affected his gait, he never considered himself handicapped. Because he was a polio survivor he always overcame adversity with positivity and a strong drive to succeed through hard work and helping others. These characteristics shaped his success in life, and his family would like to see these qualities in future scholarship recipients. | Personal Traits |
